ひと目惚れしたリックの料理を真似てみた！♡
リコッタチーズじゃなくてクリームチーズ、ハーブはチャービルのみ、ナッツはヘーゼルナッツではなくピスタチオ、アーモンド、マカダミアナッツです。

ナッツをまんべんなく付けるのが案外難しい😂

Thank you for making this,slightly different from mine,but the flavours are there,cheese,herbs and chopped nut with avocado,it has to be good!
I don't know,for me it wasn't too hard,but it does need a little delicate work.Did I tell you the best procedure?Cut open avocado,peel it,stuff cheese in both side,then put them back together like before cut,then coat nuts on it,easier if you have a big bowl of nuts and roll the avocado around,lightly press too,when coated enough,open avocado again!💪🏻

Put them back together like before cut! 😱 I mistook. I cut avocado in a half, stuffed cheese, then each half avo rolled on boad!
