Use the medium to low heat, add 1 cup of walnuts, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 tbsp butter into non-stick skillet.

Stir constantly so your mixture doesn't burn until the sugar melts and nuts are coated.

On the tray with parchment paper, transfer the walnuts and separate immediately. Try to be as quick as possible to prevent the nuts from sticking as a batch. Wait until completely cool before storing in an air-tight container.
Healthy and yummy breakfast in 3 minutes! I made the candied walnuts yesterday and they turned out great. Chopped all the fruit in small pieces. Served plain yoghurt with apple, pineapple,orange and topped with walnuts (add honey for sweetness)
