Pumpkin gnocchi,porcini and Gorgonzola

南瓜のニョッキ！ポルチーニ茸！ゴルゴンゾーラ！大好きトトリオです💕💕💕ソースは、ゴルゴンゾーラを生クリームでのばしてる感じですか？

きっとこれ…わたし1人で3皿くらい食べれちゃう自信がありますよ😁
昔、イタリアに行った時に勇気を出して初めて食べたゴルゴンゾーラチーズに、すっかりハマってしまいました！

Nothing fancy about this,very traditional combination,but it's always satisfying,every now and then I crave for food like this!
Italian trip was very beneficial for me in all aspects,I regret I didn't go sooner...please think about it too！

The combination is very classic,but always work well for me,the sweet pumpkin gnocchi is so good with rich savory cheese sauce,and the mushroom adds some lovely aroma to the dish too.
Here is how I made the sauce.After steeping the dried porcini,I squeezed dry,sauté in pan with garlic,add the steeping water and milk,then add the Gorgonzola,then season it,it's really this simple.You could use cream if you like,I just didn't want it too heavy.
I happened to me too,I took me awhile to like blue cheese,it's really not something young people would appreciate.I am glad I realize how delicious it is!

Thanks so much!Gnocchi is so delicious when it's made well,I usually do potato ones,but pumpkin is also good,especially when it goes with cheese sauce.Porcini is my favorite mushroom too!
