To: rikk i sometimes make kamameshi rice. Rice, burdock, chicken, deep fried bean curd and dashi soup stock. It's really nice.

To: dodyu this sounds great,I could eat this on its own!

To: rikk please add a little bit of soy sauce when you cook kamameshi.

To: yukaringg thank you!I love white miso and I make a lot of things with it,but I am not a miso soup person,therefore white miso is the only miso I have in the fringe right now...

To: mcg1990 Very simple,sauté chicken both sides and simmered in a sauce made with soy sauce,mirin,sake,ginger,green onion,star anise and water,served with mustard.
