To: rikk i sometimes make kamameshi rice. Rice, burdock, chicken, deep fried bean curd and dashi soup stock. It's really nice.
To: dodyu this sounds great,I could eat this on its own!
To: rikk please add a little bit of soy sauce when you cook kamameshi.

To: mcg1990 Very simple,sauté chicken both sides and simmered in a sauce made with soy sauce,mirin,sake,ginger,green onion,star anise and water,served with mustard.
