Chocolate Chip Cookies

材料・調味料
Butter, room temp.
1/2 cup
Crisco lard
1/2 cup
Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup
Brown sugar
1 cup
Eggs
2
Vanilla
1 tsp
Flour
2 1/4 cup
Baking Soda
1/2 tsp
Baking Powdet
1/4 tsp.
Salt
1 tsp.
Chocolate Chips
2 cups
作り方

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter and shortening until we'll blended. Add sugars and beat until fluffy.

Add vanilla & eggs, mixing until blended.

In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. With mixer on, begin to add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips.

On a parchment lined cookie sheet drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough in rows approx. 2 inches apart.

Bake 8-10 mins. or until edges of cookies are brown but centre is still soft. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 2 mins, then transfer to cookie racks.
