お握り‡ カニとアボカドマヨネーズ‡混ぜ込みわかめ鮭•onigiri‡crabmeat & avocado mayo‡salmon furikake

材料・調味料 (6 人分)
short grain rice
2 cup
water
2 cup 4 tbsp
crab meat
5 stick
avocado
1/2 medium
japanese mayo
2 tbsp
salmon furikake
as desired
nori seaweed
as desired
sesame seeds
as desired
作り方
1
cook rice in rice cooker with water, when cooked leave it to cool

chop crab meat & avocado into tiny pieces, mix with mayo
3
scoop 160 g rice into a small bowl & add in furikake as desired,mix well
4
with wet hands, place rice on your palm & make a small well in the middle of rice, scoop some crab meat in & then roll into triangular shape with hands
5
cut nori seaweed for base & top with some sesame seeds, repeat for how many onigiri you wish to eat

you can put in any filling you like or use different types of furikake
