cook rice in rice cooker with water, when cooked leave it to cool

chop crab meat & avocado into tiny pieces, mix with mayo

scoop 160 g rice into a small bowl & add in furikake as desired,mix well

with wet hands, place rice on your palm & make a small well in the middle of rice, scoop some crab meat in & then roll into triangular shape with hands

cut nori seaweed for base & top with some sesame seeds, repeat for how many onigiri you wish to eat
