Blueberry Bagels

レシピ
材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Strong flour
200g (7oz)
Instant dry yeast
1 tea spoon
Salt
A half of spoon
Blueberry jam
3 table spoons
Milk
110~130ml
Vegi oil
2 2 table spoons
作り方

Mix all dry ingredients.

Add some blueberry jams and the milk. (Last 20ml for adjustment.)

Add the butter then knead.

Rest 1 hour.

Shape the doughs.

Put them in a boiled water for 20sec. (But not boiling.)

Preheat the oven at 180℃ (360degrees)

Bake about 15min.
