Cabbages rolls with found beef filling and red and yellow pepperoni

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Ground beef
500g
Cabbage

Soy sauce

Red pepperoni

Yellow pepperoni

Fresh Ginger

Chop the ginger or use mixer to chop in flakes

Put half of the oil in a wok with half spring onions and make they cook at high flame until smell of warm onion is in the air (onions are slightly less greenish now-kind of more green-yellowish)

Add meat and mix then lower fire to medium

Add salt and pepper and left cooking until every part of the ground meat is grayish-brown

Add soy sauce and part of the ginger lower fire cover with a lid and wait 10min

Look from times to times and mix the meat

Drop meat in a plate and make it cool

Wash the cabbage and the start peeling each leaf alone. Careful not to break the leaves

Cut the pepperoni in half from the long side.Store one half of each you won't need it.

Wash the halves you are going to use. Remove the seeds and the top with the stick. Slice the rest of the pepperoni in strips then hold them in one hand and with a cooking scissors cut in little dices.

Mix on high flame for a min. Cook on mid flame covered for 3-5min.
Add the rolls you put in the fridge before and make it roll (without breaking it) with the pepperoni, for 2-5mins.
Serve and taste warm
