Whole grains fusilli pasta with zucchini sauce

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Dried cherry tomatoes
10 pieces
Fusilli pasta (while grains)
80g
Zucchini inside
4 large zucchini
Olive oil
1tbspn
Spring onion
3-4 small rings
SALT
QB
Nutmeg
QB
Black pepper
QB
Anchovies salted fillets
4-5
Grated Parmesan
2tbspn
White wine

作り方

Fry spring onions and oil in a pan

Add zucchini and mix (mid-high fire)

Add tomatoes and anchovies and mix

Put plain water to boil on high flame in another pot

Lower fire to min cover add salt and pepper and left alone for 5-10min

Add wine and mix

When water boils add a dessert spoon of coarse salt and min flame

Add pasta (below water level) and set timer

Leave pasta alone until timer goes off

Grab a half glass from the pasta cooking water (warning is hot)

Add pasta and water to zucchini sauce and mix

Serve and add a spoon of Parmesan to each portion

Mix to avoid burning and sticking the sauce!✌︎('ω'✌︎ )

To empty the zucchini you can use a teaspoon or a butter-like knife: first wash zucchini then get rid of top and bottom part (cut and dispose) then point your knife or spoon on the pulp and gently press while turning the item. To make it easier cut in half long zucchini
