Baby spinach salad with pomegranate, cutlet and carrots

Baby spinach

Cutlet

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Salt

Dice carrots and microwave them until mildly softened and put them in a bowl

Extract pomegranates seeds and wash them, rinse and add it to the bowl

Wash and chop baby spinach if you like smaller leaves add into the bowl and mix

Bake the cutlet or microwave it until cooked (I use chicken bites mode on my microwave)

Slice cutlet in pieces and add it to the salad
6
Add salt, oil and lemon juice as you please
