Roast Pork II

レシピ
材料・調味料 (9 人分)
pork (wu hua rou)
1.5 kg - 2 kg
Five Spice Powder
1 teaspoon
Pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar
2 tbs
Sea salt to marinate
1/2 teaspoon
Rice wine (shao shing or hua tiao)
2 table spoon
Sea salt to cover the top skin
1 small packet
作り方

Marinate the meat (exclude the vinegar).
Put in the fridge (skin facing upwards) for 12hrs.

Poke skin with tiny holes.
Brush the skin with vinegar.
Covered the skin with sea salt.

Baked for an hour in 200 C. Removed salt and baked for another 30 mins or until crackling.
