Beat egg yoke with semolina, creamcheese and soft butter. Beat egg white with salt until stiff. Carefully combine two mixtures with spatula. Refrigerate mixture for 30 min. Using back of a spoon, push out the pit of the apricots and replace pit with a sugar cube. Separate the dough into 8 portions and with slightly wet hand press each portion flat. Place an apricot into center and pull dough to cover the fruit completely! Bring water to boil in a big pot and place the dumplings into water. Let simmer for about 15 min. Until dumplings rise. During this process, put 100g butter into pan and melt. Add breadcrumbs, sugar and vanilla and stir till brown and fragrant. Take out the dumplings, let them dry a bit and then roll them in the bread crumbs, dust with powder sugar and serve immediately. 😊
