- Take chopped meat and make meatballs to your liking.

- Now take the onions and stuff with meatball

- Take bacon and rap the stuffed onions

- Place in the grill indirect heat at 225F for 2 hrs.or until done.

- When done top with cheese put back in the grill until cheese melts.
