Szechuan beef

材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Steak
1/2 kg
Soy sauce
3 tablespoon
Crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon
Corn starch
2 tablespoon
Garlic
1 teaspoon, minced
Carrot
1 cup, chredded
Cabbage
1 cup, shredded
Sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoon
Spring onion
1/2 cup, diagonally cut
Vinegar
1/4 cup
作り方

Cut the steak into long, thin slices.

Put the steak slices into a ziplock bag. Add the cornstarch and shake until the beef is coated.

Deep fry the beef until crispy and golden.

In a wok, cook the garlic, crushed pepper, carrot, cabbage, onion until soft and tender.

Add the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar. Cook the sauce on medium high heat for 5 minutes.

Add the fried beef. Mix well in the sauce. Cook on a medium low heat and keep stirring.

Lower the heat and cover the wok. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
ポイント

1-Be careful when adding oyster sauce. It is so salty.
2- if you want thick sauce, add water and cornstarch to the sauce.
