Serbet de căpşuni🍓🇷🇴

Strawberry
500g
Sugar
1kg
Water
150ml
Corn syrup
250g

Squeeze the strawberry juice using a juice (the juice should be without seeds).

In a pot boil the juice together with sugar, water and corn syrup until it becomes thicker (around 20-30min at medium heat mixing from time to time)

When the mixture is ready, let it cool down until it becomes lukewarm.

Then using a mixer, mix the sherbet until becomes more light colour and more thick foam.

When it becomes cool off completely, you can keep the sherbet in jar.
