ゴボウチャウダー/Burdock chowder

Traditional clam chowder with Japanese touch.Making use of some leftover burdock in the fridge.

It's a plain looking soup,so I added a little colour to make it more attractive,lucky it came out quite good!

Chopping everything small makes it easy to eat,I added different colors to make it attractive too.Clam chowder is traditional soup,adding gobo really works,I enjoyed it very much!

I hate to throw away food,that's why I'm always challenge myself manking dish from leftover.From past experience,I know hobo works well in western soup too.Instead of a smooth soup,I tried a chunky one this time,and the different textures make this really enjoyable to eat!
You are right,this one is best for winter,I love all the comfort food too!
