I hate to throw away food,that's why I'm always challenge myself manking dish from leftover.From past experience,I know hobo works well in western soup too.Instead of a smooth soup,I tried a chunky one this time,and the different textures make this really enjoyable to eat! You are right,this one is best for winter,I love all the comfort food too!
