Wash the cabbage and chop finely. Grind with salt and leave for 30 minutes. Then drain.

Prunes cut into pieces. Mix in a salad bowl 4 tbs vegetable oil and 3 tbs red wine vinegar. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of chili. Put prunes into this dressing and leave for 10 minutes.

Add cabbage. Duck breast cut into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat a frying pan with 2tbs if vegetable oil and lightly fry for 5-8 minutes from all sides. Add honey and coriander, mix and let the honey to caramelised. Stir duck with cabbage and serve.
