- コップにいつもより多めの砂糖を入れておく。熱々のコーヒーを注ぐ。そこへウイスキーをたっぷりと。アイリッシュウイスキーなら尚よろし。仕上げに生クリームかホイップクリームをのせます。泡だててない生クリームをスプーンの背でそーーーっと注いで二層にするらしいのですが、難しいですT_T
現地ではコーヒー2:ウイスキー1です。泥酔するカクテルです。コーヒーは甘めにした方が美味しい、というか甘くないと飲みづらいです。
