リックの豆腐鉄板麻婆ソース

リックの投稿を見た瞬間に作ると決めてました。
しかも鉄板料理は私の得意分野！

これは本当に美味しくて、リピート決定です！

これは麻婆豆腐のように、豆腐が麻婆ソースに浸かってないから、あっさり豆腐&しっかり味の麻婆ソースのコンビが楽しめて良い‼︎
豆板醤、甜麺醤でコーズが美味しいソースを作ってくれました。

This look absolutely delicious,thank you Koji for repeating my dish,I know you and Nami like teppan and cast iron food,I hoped you would be interested in this one too.Not often I see mabo sauce on teppan,but I thought it's a good idea!

I was secretly hoping you and Koji would be interested at this,I know you love cast iron food and have so many great ideas!All look delicious!
That night I want to have teppan dish,I searched around and found teppan tofu,but I wanted something unusual to go with it,mabo sauce rarely goes on teppan,but it should be a good idea.Japanese has made many great variations with mabo tofu,I am happy I created one!
Even happier that you and Koji like it!
豆板醬is most essential,and then many things could be added,甜麵醬has a rich sweetness,I added 豆鼓 add Chinese celery.

セリ科の食材全般が好きなので、Chinese celery（芹菜）に興味しんしん😊

Hi Nami!It's funny,we always a use whole black beans,and if we want to make paste,we just make it ourselves,very simple,just a few things.We rarely use bottled 豆豉醬.But of course it's ok to use,more convenient!
I love all celery too,I think 芹菜 is stronger than celery and mitsuba,very aromatic!I hope you could try it too!
