Start by dicing up your onions and garlic. Lightly fry for a few seconds, then add some water to the pan and with the lid on let it simmer.
2
Keep adding some water if the pan goes dry and when the onions are half cooked (half transparent) add your olives, cherry tomatoes cut in half and the soya balls cut in half. Add some salt and pepper, about one table spoon of oil and some water if the pan is dry. Simmer with lid on.
3
Depending in the time needed to cook the soya balls, it should be ready in about 10 mins. Keep cooking until most of the liquid has evaporated leaving just enough moistness to dip some bread into your plate.
4
Add some cut parsley and serve with potatoes, bread or rice or any other cooked vegetables.
