Mix dry ingredients together

Add a little water and knead, check the consistency if you need more water.

Knead for about 6 minutes till the dough is no longer sticking to the bowl

Cover and place in a warm place for an hour. Let it raise

Rub hands with cooking oil. Shape into small balls and deep fry till golden brown

Serve with mince, chips, gravy, vegetables, vegetable achaar, polony or anything you prefer.
