White Chocolate Mochi ～ coated with matcha

40g Kirimochi
1tbsp Milk
20g White chocolate
Matcha
作り方

Put kirimochi, milk and white chocolate in a bowl(microwavable dish).

Cover with plastic wrap, and heat it for about one minute (in 600w).

Mix until it's smooth with silicone spatula.

If you divide and roll the mochi into a ball, wet your hands with water so that way, you can make it easily.
ポイント

The mochi sticks to the bowl, so soak them in water before wash the dishes.
Please be particularly careful, elderly or small children can choke on mochi.

※Kirimochi is a shelf-stable dried mochi.
