Wontons are tricky to fold unless you don't mind them being ugly and looking more like dumplings instead. How about the 照燒烤雞皮? did u make that? hahaha i know you would prefer them fried
hahahaha totally! thats why i used only half the chicken skins, am going to fry it later XDD but whenever i grill, it always gets so hard, is there a reason for that?? and about the wontons, isnt it easy? it always looks so easy
hahaha where do you even buy the chicken skins without the actual meat? I'm guessing cause when you grill it the fat comes out of it and makes it dry and almost elastic? I think wontons are trickier to fold than dumplings are they break easier when you cook them so you probably needs to fold them properly, but thats just my guess
