Pan fried Salmon filet with traditional Spanish Pisto;)

Salmon filet
500-600g (4 filets)
Olive oil
3-4 tbs
Garlic
2 cloves

Once portion it, season and leave it rest for 30min. at room temperature, this will help you to have a better end result, more tasty. Warm up the olive oil with the 2 garlic cloves just crush on the table lightly, pan fried the fish skin side down, first on medium high heat and lower down once the skin become crispy to finish it.
