材料・調味料
Kale
Handful of kale
Spinach
About 1/4 cup of spinach leaves
Crown broccoli
2-3 chunks
Strawberries
3 strawberries
Banana
1 whole banana
Light and fit strawberry banana yogurt
1 cup
Apple juice
1/2 cup
Water
1/4 cup
Celery
4 chunk of celery
作り方
1
Chop up celery, kale, broccoli and banana. Slowly add all of the fruit in and lastly add the yogurt, apple juice and water, then blend. It's very simple, healthy and it actually doesn't taste bad!
