However,I used matcha from 富凙商店,strong and nice colour,and not expensive,doesn't make sense buying expensive matcha for making dessert...
You are welcome! Yes,tomizawa opened stores corners in the two supermarkets in HK,just like Japan. Same as you,I do many shopping in Tomzawa,quality is guaranteed!This packet was bought in Japan,I used to buy my stuffs when I was there,but these days the ones in HK carries many items,and price is not much different from Japan too.So I could save luggage space for other things from now... As Yukari told me,there is special matcha powder for baking,colour stays nice and green even heated,this is what I used,labelled as '製果用抹茶'!
