Lemon meringue tartlet

Craving for lemon curd after looking at Makiko's,I had some leftover tart dough in the freezer,so I made lemon tarts too. Leftover egg white (from lemon curd)was made into meringue,didn't know what else to do with it....

Thank you Makiko,for reminding me about lemon curd,I love all citrus flavours,too bad the lemon curd can't be shown here...
The leftover is great for making meringue,it's a bit sweet but it balances with the lemon curd well.
I also thought about all that calories in these while I was making...😁

Wow. This is one of my favorite sweets. Never think about calories 😂
