Make sure there are no pockets of dry flour in the bottom of the mug. Cover loosely with cling film and microwave on high for 1.30minutes.

Allow to stand for a minute, then run a knife around the inside to loosen.Tip cake out onto a plate. Serve with butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon and white sugar.

Eat as soon as it is ready as it is microwave so it'll be quite dry if kept longer.
