Easy Caramel apple pudding cake

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Self-raising flour
3 tablespoons
Brown sugar
2 tablespoons
Ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon
Beaten egg
1/2
Grated apple
2 tablespoons
Milk
1 tablespoon
Oil
1 tablespoon
Caramel
1 tablespoon
作り方

Add caramel to the bottom of the cup.

Place dry ingredients in a large coffee mug and mix well with a fork.

Add egg.

Add remaining ingredients and combine well.

Make sure there are no pockets of dry flour in the bottom of the mug.
Cover loosely with cling film and microwave on high for 1.30minutes.

Allow to stand for a minute, then run a knife around the inside to loosen.Tip cake out onto a plate. Serve with butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon and white sugar.
ポイント

Eat as soon as it is ready as it is microwave so it'll be quite dry if kept longer.
