Boil the hot dogs in pan for 5min. And drain, if necessary. Cut the spring roll sheet into 8 even strips using a cutter or knife. Starting at the top, wrap the spring roll sheet strips around the hot dog until it's completely covered allowing a small space for the face. Then pan fry them 7-8min. When the hot dogs are cool, dot the ketchup and/or mustard with a toothpick for the eyes. Serve.
