Chocolate couverture
250g
Condensed milk
1can (400g)
Butter
200g
Walnuts
50g
Raisins
100g
Biscuits <Marie> or <Petit Beurre>
200g
Vanilla essence
1tsp
Cognac

In a saucepan heat condensed milk and butter. Once it reaches a boil, remove the pan from the heat and add the chopped chocolate and vanilla.

Leave for 5min, stir until the mixture gets a regular homogenous consistence and add the biscuits broken into small pieces. Add raisins and walnuts.

Apply plastic foil at rectangle mold and pour the mixture into the mold. Place the mold for 3hours in the refrigerator.
