Quinoa with soy vadi

レシピ
材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Soy Vadis
1 cup
Spinach
1 bunch
Black Cardamom
3
Cinnamon Stick
1
Black Pepper pods
5
Dried ginger powder
1 table spoon
Fennel Powder
2 table spoon
Asafoetida
1 tea spoon
Black cumin
A pinch (optional)
Saffron
A pinch (optional)
Salt
To taste
Mustard Oil
3/4 cup
Quinoa
1 cup
作り方

Heat oil to smoking point . Put Cinnamon stick, Black Cardamom , Black pepper corns and Black cumin .

Sauté till cinnamon stick opens up then add Bay leaf.

Add Asafoetida ,few seconds later add salt and Kashmiri chili power,within seconds add 2 cup water while stirring continuously at high heat.

Add spinach and ginger powder and fennel powder. Keep stirring at medium high heat.

After a minute Add another cup of water. Pour Soy Vadis . Mix well.

Cover and cook for 20 minutes. add more water to make lighter gravy.

After 20 minutes add saffron . take it off heat and leave it covered for 2 minutes .

Boil Quinoa in rice cooker just as rice.
ポイント

You can add lemon to Quinoa to give it citrus taste .
