Eggs Scrambled with Avocado, Onions and Tomato

Large eggs, lightly beaten

Chopped onions

Haas avocado, diced

Small tomato, cored and diced

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté onions in skillet until translucent.

Add eggs, avocado and tomatoes and scramble together until eggs are set.

Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
