Smoke chicken,Gorgonzola and zucchini panini

Using the leftover blue cheese and tomato dressing from the steak I made,completed this with some rocket,homemade smoked chicken and ciabatta.It's all it takes to make me happy.

Yes,I changed screen photo.Even we couldn't make it to 西芳寺，but I had the opportunity to take some nice photos,I love all these unexpected encounters in Kyoto,thanks for taking me!
You know the story how this one comes from,and I am proud of this combo,the smoke flavor of chicken goes so well with the cheese and tomato,every bite was heavenly,and I get to use up the leftover with something new.Making bread is easy enough,it's far from perfect but I can live with it.
