Fluffy Pancake

レシピ
材料・調味料 (5 人分)
Milk
3/4 cup or 12 tbsp
White vinegar
2 tbsp
All purpose flour
1 cup
Sugar
2 tbsp
Baking powder
1 tsp
Baking soda
1/2 tsp
Butter , melted
2 tbsp
Egg
1
Salt
1/2 tsp
作り方

Combine milk and vinegar , set aside to sour about 5 minutes

Whisk flour , bp , bs , sugar , and salt . Set aside

Whish chilled melted butter and egg

Combine first mixture to third mixture , whisk well

Add secons mixture , whisk well
6
Pan 1/4 cup batter on to medium heat pan , dont forget to flip ! ( serves with ice cream ❤️)
