All purpose flour
500 grams
refined oil
1/2 cup
salt
acctotaste
carom seeds

作り方

take flour and mix refined oil in ratio and add above all ingredients.
Mix it properly.Bind the raw flour, if a bind is formed then proceed otherwise mix more refined oil.

kneed the dough with lukewarm water and use less water and form a little hard dough.Wrap it with a wet cloth for 30 Mints.

cut medium size balls from the kneeded dough and roll in circle like bread.It should not be too thin nor too thick.Make verticle columns and horizontal rows and now deep fry it.. and leave it for 30 mints,when it cools down, store it in a container.
ポイント

deep fry it on medium flame otherwise it will be incooked from inside.
