Tuna Quiche without crust

Fresh cream
200ml
Mushrooms
Parsley
Grated cheese
100g
Tin of tuna
1tin
Black olives

Preheat oven 150C-180C.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with the cream, then add the cheese, parsley and the tuna. Mix, put salt and pepper to taste, then mushrooms and olives.

Butter your pan and pour the mixture.

Bake for 30min. to get a golden brown on top of the quiche.
