豆腐鉄板麻婆ソース

A variation of マーボー豆腐，serving tofu steak on cast iron plate,topped with the spicy meat sauce.

麻婆豆腐 is one of my favorite Chinese dish. Yours looks so rich and yummy!

I haven't tried with tofu yet,and I thought sizzling mabo sauce would be interesting too!

want to buy different plates fir diff cuisines...but our tiny tiny kitchen can only hold so much😅

Exactly,I end up eating too much rice with this too!Mabo tofu is loved by the whole nation of Japan,I came up with this which is more focused on the tofu,served with sizzling spicy sauce,very comforting and perfect for winter!
You notice!I don't hold back when buying cooking utensils,as long as they are pretty or useful!I also have the same problem,finally used up all the space at my apartment,time to get control now!
