I first made with aosa bread with the aosa that Makiko gave me last year when we first met in Kyoto,(I am sure it's been done before me too!),it was a success so I decided to make it again,only this time adding cream cheese,naturally(for me,I love cheese!),and it's a known fact that seaweed and cheese go well together!please try,I have no doubt you would love it too!
Thanks so much for bringing me aosa,it's my favorite ingredient now,I still have many ideas cooking with it! Last year's bread was very memorable,and I made it even better with cream cheese,the idea just came naturally,I am a cheese lover,I think about it all the time!
