I was thinking,I love all kinds of seaweed,and why not make use of Makiko and Hironobu San's gift,the aosa and put it my daily bread?The result was very encouraging,I could feel the intense aroma of aosa every bite,and when this is eaten with butter,it's especially good.Now I have one more variety o
of bread I could make from now on,I even have idea to make sandwiches with it,coming soon.Thank you again Makiko and Hironobu San for this awesome gift,you know my taste!

Thanks Makiko San,this is my first seaweed bread and luckily it was successful,probably because of the good quality aosa you picked for me!You have no idea how much I want to share this bread with you!I wish I live closer!

Thanks for the resnaps,and promoting my idea.I do hope everyone try making this,and give me some feedback.Just for your information,I added 1.5% of aosa to dough(for baguette) at the end of mixing,I wonder of there is better method...
But I couldn't done it with Makiko San's aosa,it!s the best type
of nori for me!
