Rinse Chicken and marinate with 3/4 salt and mix well.
Add in white pepper. (I add quite alot for the spiciness)
Add in 2 teaspoon of sugar.
Add in 5 tablespoon of black sauce (Tai Hua Premium)
Mix well and leave for 5 mins before cooking.
Heat up wok and fry 6 slices of thin ginger.
3 secs add in the marinated chicken together with the sauce.
Stir and Cover for 3 mins.
Open cover and stir and add half bowl of water for the chicken gravy.
Cover and stove is on big fire to boil.
30 secs later to lower to small fire for simmering.
Now u can serve this delicious yummy chicken with your favourite steamed rice or porridge at the cosy dining table of your home watching your favourite movie.
