Indian "Chicken Biryani" 「チキンベルヤーニ」

For the first time since I've moved to Japan I finally found a decent Indian spice shop so got over excited and spent quite a bit on all different kinds of ingredients especially herbs and spices.

In the excitement I forgot that I didn't have much veg at home and started cooking a really plain looking Biryani with all my newly purchased items ♪

Well the taste was awesome and the salad went extremely well with it so I was pretty happy and content 😁😋😁
