Cut all the veg in big pieces. In a pot, pour 2l of water, add oil and all the chopped vegetables and let it boil. For preparing the semolina balls, in a bowl mix 1egg, oil, water, salt, after add semolina little by little and baking powder.

After mixing, let it at room temperature for around 10min. After 10min, boil some water, add a pinch of salt and start to prepare semolina balls; with a spoon take little mixture and soak it in the boiling water;

repeat this until you finish all the semolina mixture. After putting all the semolina balls into the boiling water, let it boil at low fire for around 10min.

After 10min, pour into the boiling water, 1cup of cold water and let it again to boil for around 5min. After boiling, semolina balls are ready and you can take them out and put it into the soup.
