Got a few 安納芋,love the sweetness of it,just have to make a dessert out of it...

Thank you!Yes,I made too much,and pain perdu is very fatty fried in butter,but is okay once for a while,I ate less dinner and saved my stomach for this!

Had a few ideas how to use this icecream,finally picked this,I love hot and cold dessert too,and besides,I haven't had pain perdu for a long time,made some kuromitsu to go with this to make it more Japanese,it works very well with everything,I am happy!Big love for 安納

芋 now,I was roasting them in oven,and the whole room was filled with the aroma,I haven't had sweet potato like this for a long time(local ones used to be so good when I was a kid,but nobody grow them like that anymore).

Baking it is best I think!But I want to do something interesting so I made an icecream,I had an icecream bar in Japan(from Lawson) that made with 安納芋 too,and that was so good!

This must be very delicious!
