笠原将弘 San's recipe,nothing needs to be changed at all. Meat,seafood,vegetable and sauce all done in one pan.
For non-oyster-eater,scallop,tofu or yamaimo should be good...

One time I heard he has exhibition in Nara,I ask SD user Yukari San to buy a few for me.She lives in Nara,and she was kind enough to do it for me!
