Raita is one of the indian salad. 　
As yogurt and several vegetables are mixed.

I live in Japan, but I like an ethnic dish very much and I sometimes visit Thailand and am learning a dish.

And I like making the original according to the Japanese food material.

And I also like Mediterranean food very much like you. Japan is a small country, but abundant food culture is in all part from the south
to the north. ✨
