Heat oil and butter in non-nonstick pan on high heat. Meanwhile, season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan when butter starts to brown.

Cook pasta according to instructions while chicken cooks. Drain.

Turn chicken once after it starts to release from pan, about 4-5 mins per side.

Remove chicken from heat, add mushrooms and wine. Season with salt, pepper, parsley. Cook, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan, until wine has reduced to approximately 4 tablespoons and mushrooms are cooked through.

Divide pasta and chicken breasts evenly onto four dishes. Soon mushroom sauce evenly over chicken and pasta. Serve immediately.
