Thanks for the comment.I live in Hong Kong,but I realize lamb is rare in Japan.But if you could find it,this is really simple to make,lamb chop is just season with salt and pepper,then grill.The mint dressing is made with chopped mint,parsley,capers,garlic,lemon juice and olive oil,and spoon over,be

best eaten with hands!
