Double joy 杏仁豆腐 ☆

杏仁豆腐を作りました♪
見た目は全然違うけど。。笑
下段が杏仁豆腐で、杏仁霜から初めて作ってみました🎶
トップは桃と桂花烏龍茶のティーゼリーです♪
このお茶はRick さんからのいただきものですが、超〜美味しい😭💘
ん〜とね、お花の香りがすっごく好くて今までこんなオシャレな中国茶飲んだ事ない田舎者の私はびっくり仰天して、急遽デザートを作りたくなってこんな感じに仕上がりました♪
ゼリーが香り好くすっきりして夏にぴったりな味で美味しい〜😍✌
最近ゼリーとアイスばっか作っているわたしからのレポートでした。。

Wow x 3!!!This is my guilty pleasure,杏仁豆腐，I am super excited seeing you do this,so you used 杏仁霜，it's more real than mine,but too bad can't see it clearly here because it's covered by other goodies!Like 桂花烏龍茶jelly,I don't know who thought of that at first place,but I dig it,always love the scent of 桂

花，and I always have cold 烏龍茶 in the fridge during summer,so together they are especially appealing to me！To make it into jelly is even better,you know my liking!But this is triple happiness for me adding my favorite fruit peach,how could I resist?I wish all Chinese restaurants serve this at the end

of the meal to become the standard dessert!Words can not describe how grateful I am that you are doing all these for me,and I feel bad I haven't had a chance to do something about your gifts,please give me sometime...

I am glad you like the tea too!But you know 烏龍茶 is not a popular tea in HK at all,it's more a Taiwan thing,also made more popular actually by Japanese.So I never seen or eaten 桂花烏龍茶 jelly at all,and I want to try yours badly!It's ok,I already thought of something made from

your gifts,it will be fun if it succeed.I will work in that on Monday.
