cover turkey in all dry ingredients well mixed in a bowl. let sit for a few mines while you stir the fresh dill & fresh garlic juice you just squeezed from the cloves into the butter milk in a nice size bowl
1
drench each of the 8 pieces of floured chicken into the buttermilk mixture
2
re-cover the chicken in the flour mixture after the buttermilk bath...
3
carefully place each piece into a heated pan of veggie oil
4
cook 10-20 minutes checking color & maid sure the inside is not raw. .I find it usually takes around 15 mines to have a nice well done Inside while still juicy & not dry
5
place each fried piece on paper towel to so up any oil so to don't habe oily chicken...cover entire 8 pieces with another psper towel & press down to REALLY get rid of that "OILY" look & taste...what you are left with is the flavors of garlic & dill...so freaking good...

really you can't go wrong with fried chicken, you can season it however you want, use whatever shows and add an egg to the butter milk mixture if you wish (I don't). I'm not just saying this because it's my version but it's freaking finger licking, bone sucking awesome 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗↔😄😄😄

JUST DO IT! !! make up your own ingredients & flavors...ENJOY 😄↔🍗
