cook onions & meat & berk peppers until meat is a little brown...cook in some oil..I HATE using oil but this one dish I do use it. .vegetable oil.. then transfer into a boiling pot of beef broth bring flame down & cook for an hour. .at the end of hour add flower to thicken Tne stew...I Akzo sueeze fresh garlic and dice fresh garlic info the stew. .also add a bit of Worcester sauce...in the side I cook brown duce in beef broth worth fresh garlic & fresh dill..when everything is done I add fresh peas into the rice then plate everything and enjoy. .it is yummy !!!
